Our sleepover parties, play dates, and get-togethers are best suited for children aged 5 to 13 years.
We don’t use blow-up or cot-size mattresses — all our foam mattresses are 160 cm long, providing plenty of space and comfort.

Our Dome Hire and Picnic Set-ups are suitable for all ages, including family celebrations and weddings.

What’s Included

Each teepee comes with everything you need for a cosy sleepover:

• A comfy foam mattress

• Fitted sheet and soft blanket

• Cushion and breakfast tray

• Themed accessories and decorations

• Night lights, fairy lights, glass bottles, and name tags

Please note: guests will need to bring their own pillows.

Delivery & Logistics

Delivery and collection are included in the package price for customers in Medway.
If you live more than 10 miles away, a small delivery fee applies.

We deliver within a 20-mile radius of Rochester, Kent, depending on our availability.
Please make sure we can park nearby for easy unloading.

Set-Up Details

How much space do I need?
Our teepees come in different sizes:

• A-frame tents: 90 cm wide, 160 cm long

• Wigwams: 120 cm wide

• Bestie double teepee: just under 6 ft wide

• Party cabana for 4: allow about 12 ft

If you’re not sure how much space you’ll need, we can send you a space requirement guide.

Set-up notes:

• We can only set up downstairs due to the size of our equipment.

• If you live in a townhouse, please give us a call to discuss options.

• The area should be clean and cleared before we arrive — we can’t place mattresses on dirty floors.

• We usually set up mid-morning or mid-afternoon, depending on the number of bookings.

• We’ll pack up and collect the next morning, usually between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm (we’ll confirm times with you directly).

Extras & Add-Ons

We don’t stay to host the party, but we’ll make sure everything looks perfect before we leave.
We also offer lots of fun extras, like our Spa Package and beauty therapist options.

Bookings, Payments & Cancellations

To secure your date, we ask for a £50 booking deposit.
This deposit is non-refundable, but if you need to change the date, we’re happy to move your booking to another available day.

Please note:

• We don’t offer refunds if guest numbers change or if you cancel, since the teepees are reserved for your party.

• Full payment is due the week of your party.

• Your deposit will be returned after the event, as long as there’s no damage.

• Once we’ve set up, the teepees are your responsibility, and any damage will incur a charge.

• We accept PayPal or bank transfers
