FAQ'S & BOOKING 

AGES

Parties, play dates or get togethers for children, our recommended age is between 5 – 13 years. We do not use blow up mattresses or cot size.  Our foam mattresses are 160cm long. Our Picnic Set-ups are for all ages, family celebrations and weddings.

 

PACKAGE INCLUSIONS

Each teepee comes with the following hire items - comfortable foam mattress, a cosy blanket, a fitted sheet, breakfast trays and a cushion.

Themed Accessories, Night lights, fairy lights, glass bottles and individual name tags. See deluxe & Spa package for extra items.

Guests will need to bring their own pillows..

 

LOGISTICS

Delivery and collection is included in the package price for customers living in Medway. A delivery charge will apply over 10 miles.

We deliver to a 20 mile radius of Rochester in Kent. We will require parking.

SET UP

How much space in the room is required for the beds?

The  A frame tents are 90cm wide, 160cm in length. Our Wigwams are 120cm wide.

But please contact us for exact space requirements for different set-up's. Our bestie double teepee is just under 6ft wide and for

our party cabana for 4, please allow 12ft. Please request our space requirement document.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Due to the amount of set - ups we can do in one day, we will only set up downstairs.

For Town houses, please call us to discuss.

The area should be cleared & clean for our arrival. We will not place our mattresses onto a dirty floor.

Our set up is normally mid morning or mid afternoon depending on the number of parties booked 

and we pack up and collect the following morning

between 10.00am - midday, times to be arranged directly with each customer.

PICNICS

Picnic bookings will be moved inside if it rains.

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS

We don’t stay and host the party, but we ensure everything is set up just as you need it.

We do offer a number of party extra's such as our Spa package and beauty therapist, please 

give us a call or email and we will provide you with a price.

BOOKINGS, PAYMENT AND CANCELLATIONS

What is required to secure my booking? A £50 booking deposit. 

This deposit is non-refundable. If you have paid but need to change the date, we will be happy to re-arrange to another available date.

However, we do not offer refunds if numbers change or cancellations, as the teepees have been held for

your party and effect other bookings.

We require the full payment week of the party.

Your initial deposit will be returned to you after your sleepover, providing there is no damage.

Once we have set up, the responsibility of the teepee's is with the client and any damage will be charged.

We accept paypal, bank transfer & cash with a deposit paid.

We are a registered company and staff are DBS checked, importantly unlike many other companies in the area, we are CE compliant.

A new emerging industry, trading standards require all teepee companies to hold a CE declaration certification to

comply with fire safety.  We take the health and safety of your children seriously. We also hold 

PL Insurance and are experienced in Risk Assessments. We have completed an accredited Virus Prevention Course. 

We use Junior foam mattresses (not cot size) and are meticulous that the bedding

is professionally laundered, smells fresh and immaculate.

 Our teepees are steamed, disinfected & ironed every week.
