Booking Your Sleepover Party

Booking your teepee sleepover party is simple! Start by browsing our sleepover packages and choosing your favourite theme. Once you've decided on your preferred setup, complete our online booking form with your event date, location and party requirements.

We'll confirm the details of your booking and explain the next steps. Please make sure you're happy with your chosen date before confirming, as your equipment will be reserved specifically for your event.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for weekends, school holidays and popular party dates. Our themed teepees and accessories are limited, so booking early gives you the best chance of securing your preferred design.

If your party date is approaching, please get in touch to check availability. We'll be happy to discuss the options available for your event.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes. A £50 refundable security deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit will be returned after your event, provided all hired equipment is returned in good condition with no damage or missing items.

If any damage or missing items are identified, deductions may be made from the deposit in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

When is the remaining balance due?

The remaining balance must be paid before your sleepover party. We'll confirm the amount due and the payment arrangements when your booking is confirmed, so you'll know exactly what needs to be paid and when.

Can I change my booking after confirming it?

If your plans change, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll consider requests to change your booking depending on availability and the circumstances. Changes to the date, party size or package cannot be guaranteed, as your equipment is reserved for your event.

We recommend checking your date, guest numbers and chosen package carefully before confirming your booking.

​​Set-Up Details

How much space do I need?
Our teepees come in different sizes:

• A-frame tents: 90 cm wide, 160 cm long

• Wigwams: 120 cm wide, Double Wigwam is 230cm High (please check ceiling height)

• Bestie double teepee: 180cm

If you’re not sure how much space you’ll need, we can send you a space requirement guide.

Set-up notes:

• We can only set up downstairs due to the size of our equipment.

• If you live in a townhouse, please give us a call to discuss options.

• The area should be clean and cleared before we arrive — we will not place mattresses on dirty floors.

• We usually set up mid-morning, depending on the number of bookings.

• We’ll pack up and collect the next morning, usually between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm (we’ll confirm times with you directly).​

Extras & Add-Ons

We don’t stay to host the party, but we’ll make sure everything looks perfect before we leave.
We also offer lots of fun extras, like our Spa Package and beauty therapist options.

 Cancellations​

• We don’t offer refunds if guest numbers change or if you cancel.

• Once we’ve set up, the teepees are your responsibility, and any damage will incur a charge.

• We accept PayPal or bank transfers
